Welcome to Eplantica, operated by ATTA NAEEM TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED. By accessing our website and placing an order, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
 

1. Business to Business Transactions

Eplantica specializes in the international export of plants and plant materials. Certain products are supplied on a Business-to-Business (B2B) basis, and all transactions must comply with applicable export and import regulations.

2. Product Categories

Our products may include:

  • Live Plants

  • Bare Root Plants

  • Fruit Plants

  • Ornamental Plants

  • Plant Cuttings

  • Scions and Budwood

  • Rootstocks

  • Seeds

  • Branch Material

Product availability may vary depending on season and export requirements.

3. Payment Policy​

A. Plant Cuttings, Scions, Budwood, Branch Material, and Similar Propagation Materials

For plant cuttings, scions, budwood, branches, and similar propagation materials, payments may be accepted through personal accounts where permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

B. Live Plants, Rooted Plants, and Bare Root Plants

For live plants, rooted plants, and bare root plants, payments must be made strictly through official Company to Company banking channels.

​

Personal payments are not accepted for live plant export orders due to export documentation requirements and international trade regulations.

​

4. Import Permits and Buyer Responsibilities​

The buyer is solely responsible for

  • obtaining all required import permits and approvals from the relevant ministry or competent authority in their country.

  • The buyer is also responsible for obtaining phytosanitary permits and any other required licenses.

  • The buyer must ensure that the ordered products are legally permitted for import into the destination country.

  • The buyer must comply with all customs, quarantine, and agricultural regulations applicable in the importing country.

Failure to obtain the required approvals may result in delays, rejection, destruction, or confiscation of shipments by the authorities of the importing country.

Eplantica, ATTA NAEEM TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, shall not be held responsible for such actions.

5. Phytosanitary and Export Documentation

Where applicable, the company shall provide export documentation and phytosanitary certificates in accordance with the laws and regulations of Pakistan and the requirements of the importing country.

​

Additional documentation requested by the buyer may be subject to additional charges.

 

6. Order Processing and Confirmation​

All orders are processed manually.

​

  • Orders shall be considered confirmed only after:

  • Review of buyer requirements

  • Verification of documentation

  • Availability of plant material

  • Compliance with applicable export regulations

  • Approval by Eplantica.

Customers are requested to communicate their requirements directly through our inbox or official contact channels.

Eplantica reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order that does not comply with legal, regulatory, or company requirements.

7. Banking Information​

For security and compliance purposes, Eplantica does not publicly display company bank account details on the website.

​

All bank account details previously displayed on the website, if any, shall be considered withdrawn and removed.

​

Official company bank account details for plant export transactions shall be provided privately after the buyer's requirements, documentation, and order have been reviewed and approved.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery schedules are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Customs clearance procedures

  • Airline schedules

  • Government regulations

  • Weather conditions

  • Quarantine inspections

  • Force majeure events.

Eplantica shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

​

9. Customs Duties and Taxes

All customs duties, VAT, import taxes, quarantine charges, inspection fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country shall be borne solely by the buyer.

10. Inspection Upon Arrival

Customers are advised to inspect shipments immediately upon arrival.

​

Any claim regarding shortages or damage must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of the shipment and supported by photographs and relevant documentation.

​

11. Limitation of Liability

Eplantica, ATTA NAEEM TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, shall not be liable for

  • Delays caused by customs authorities

  • Import restrictions imposed by the destination country

  • Rejection or confiscation of shipments

  • Government actions

  • Airline disruptions

  • Natural disasters

  • Force majeure events

  • Circumstances beyond the company's reasonable control.

12. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, and website content are the exclusive property of Eplantica, ATTA NAEEM TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Eplantica, ATTA NAEEM TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

For Plant Cuttings, Scions, Budwood, Branch Material, and Similar Propagation Materials:

Payments may be accepted through personal accounts where permitted by applicable regulations.

For Live Plants, Rooted Plants, and Bare Root Plants:

Payments must be made strictly through official Company to Company(B2B) banking channels.

Before importing live plants from Pakistan, buyers are required to obtain

  • An Import Permit

  • Phytosanitary Approval

  • Any additional approvals required by their Ministry of Agriculture or competent authority.

Bank account details are not displayed publicly on the website.

All orders are processed manually. Customers are requested to send their requirements through our inbox or official contact channels.

Official company bank account details for plant export transactions will be provided privately after the buyer's requirements and documentation have been reviewed and approved.

Eplantica, ATTA NAEEM TRADERS PRIVATE LIMITED, shall not be responsible for shipment delays, rejection, confiscation, destruction, additional charges, or losses arising from non compliance with the laws and regulations of the importing country.
